Contractual Continuity
Zenazy was established primarily as a structural necessity to honor existing obligations and preserve catalogs after the closure of Castirio Records Russia. It is not an independent boutique, but rather a dedicated pipeline created to ensure uninterrupted distribution for its sole resident artist.
Absolute Ownership: Unlike partnership deals, CASTIRIO retains 100% absolute ownership of all master recordings, intellectual property, and publishing rights within the Zenazy catalog. The imprint functions strictly as a branded archival folder.
Imprint Protocol
Locked Infrastructure: Zenazy operates as a permanently closed system. It exists exclusively to service the catalog of its single resident. It does not function as an active A&R label, will not sign new artists, and strictly rejects all external submissions.
